Cassidy scores 10th goal, Whitmyer has 15 stops in setback

WATERVILLE, Maine -- Riley Whitmyer made 15 saves and Georgia Cassidy scored her 10th goal of the season, but fifth-ranked Bowdoin College pulled away in the second half for a 4-1 NESCAC win over Colby College on Sunday at Bill Alfond Field.
The Mules are 6-5 overall and 2-5 in the conference, while Bowdoin moves to 9-2 and 4-2 in the league.

* Elizabeth Bennewitz scored off a penalty corner to give the Polar Bears the lone goal of the opening half at 18:25.
* The Polar Bears scored two goals in a span of about three minutes to go ahead 3-0 in the second half.
