Schroeder's most recent work was with the Temple University football program as an intern strength coach since July 2017.
Schroeder earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University in December 2014. During his time in State College, Schroeder worked as a full-time volunteer strength coach for the Nittany Lion football program from 2011 to 2013.
In addition to football, Schroeder also worked with the Penn State hockey, lacrosse, baseball, softball, soccer, and field hockey programs.
After a brief stint with the University of Delaware football program as a volunteer strength coach from January 2015 to August 2015, Schroeder earned his master's degree in physiology and kinesiology while working as a full-time volunteer strength coach for the University of Florida football program from September 2015 to May 2017.
He also became a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW) in November 2014.
