Sonia graduated with high honors from Middlesex School, where she was a member of the cross country, outdoor track, and softball teams. She was a National AP Scholar and an AP Scholar with Distinction, and received multiple awards for her art, including for her woodworking and painting and drawing portfolio. Sonia was an All-ISL and All-New England selection, winning Middlesex's cross country prize.


Sonia is majoring in Psychology and Biology with a Neuroscience concentration. She is a Colby Cares About Kids mentor. Over the summer, she has interned at MIT's Lincoln Laboratory.

2018 season highlights: Sonia was on the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team and the NESCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Team.

2017 season highlights: Sonia was 13th overall and third among Colby finishers at the Keene State Invitational. She took 38th at the Bowdoin Invitational and was eighth in the sophomore/senior race against Bates. Sonia was 108th at the NESCAC meet and 116th at the Rowan meet. Sonia was on the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.

2016 season highlights: Tremblay finished sixth at the Bates first-year/junior race, 31st at Maine State Championships, and 93rd at the NESCAC Championships. She also placed 111th in the New England Division III Championships.
